Inflatalu

I know the title sounds pretty dumb. Requested by GokaiKiller94 on DA. This Riolu, he loves balloons. After pumping a few up, he got a wild idea. He stuck the pump's end in his diaper and began pumping. As expected, his diaper inflated, which was his wildest dream. Then he put too much air in it and it exploded, leaving the little guy naked in public by his balloon stall. He covered himself with a few balloons. This guy loves his balloons. I got the snout in the wrong place and it's a little long, but still looks good.
