All that Ice Cream

Based on the one MLPFIM episode that involved time travel. Speaking of which, I loved how Twilight Sparkle ended up looking like Solid Snake. Anyway, in this episode, Spike consumed several buckets of ice cream, thinking the world would end. At the end, Spike got a stomach ache, suggesting that it was from all that ice cream.
